About Jasleen Aulakh Kalsi
Welcome to Lehr Therapy - a Marriage and Family Therapy practice supporting clients in Michigan and Washington State! You’ve taken an important step toward your healing journey already. I am Jasleen Aulakh Kalsi (jus-leen aw-luck kal-si), a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma-informed systemic therapy. As a first-generation American and South Asian woman, I understand the importance of finding a space where you can be your vulnerable and genuine self without judgement.
Lehr (le-hur) in Punjabi means wave. Just as waves ebb and flow, life’s challenges and triumphs come and go. At Lehr Therapy, we believe in embracing the waves of life. My goal is to help you navigate these currents, fostering resilience and empowering you to reconnect with your genuine self. Together, we’ll create a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, leading to healing and personal growth.
